Montana Tech Components intends the acquisition of Croatian AluFlexPack and TLM-TVP

Menziken, February 6th, 2012. - The industrial group Montana Tech Components (MTC) together with its 100% owned Swiss subsidiary Alu Menziken intends the majority acquisition of Croatians biggest aluminium companies AluFlexPack and TLM-TVP. With it, Montana Tech Components wants to further strengthen its leading position on the market of aluminium components.
