Division Alpine Metal Tech - größter Auftrag seit Bestehen
Regau/ Stenløse, 8. September 2011 - Die Montana Tech Components AG verzeichnete in der Division Alpine Metal Tech im Juli und August Rekordmonate. Mit Auftragseingängen von jeweils mehr als EUR 4 Mio. im Bereich Neumaschinen wurden die Vorjahresniveaus deutlich übertroffen.

Menziken, 26. August 2011. Die Schweizer Industriegruppe Montana Tech Components AG steigerte die Umsatzerlöse im 1. Halbjahr 2011 um 18% auf den neuen Rekordwert von EUR 201 Mio. Bei den Ertragskennzahlen wurden ebenfalls neue Halbjahres-Höchstwerte erreicht. Für das Gesamtjahr rechnet das in den Wachstumsbranchen Energiespeicherung, Aerospace & Industrial Components sowie Metallurgie tätige Unternehmen trotz eines herausfordernden gesamtwirtschaftlichen Umfelds mit einer positiven Entwicklung und über dem Vorjahr liegenden Umsatz- und Ergebniszahlen.

Menziken, May 5th, 2011. The Swiss industrial group Montana Tech Components AG has successfully placed the capital increase among the existing shareholders. Montana Tech Components AG will thus receive new capital amounting to CHF 61.7 million.

Menziken, February 18th, 2011. Today's extraordinary general meeting of the Swiss industrial group, Montana Tech Components AG has positively decided upon a capital increase from which the company should receive new capital of about CHF 60 million (approx. EUR 46.5 million).
