CFO of Palfinger becomes new CFO

Menziken, December 21, 2007 – As of February 1st, 2008 Montana Tech Components AG appointed Eduard Schreiner as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Eduard Schreiner is currently still CFO of Palfinger AG and has many years of experience in the fields of finance and performance management within international company groups successfully focussing on profitable growth strategies. Palfinger is among the leading international manufacturers of hydraulic lifting, loading and handling systems and quoted on the ATX Prime Market.

As already know Montana Tech Components AG (MTC) is planning an IPO in 2008 and „we are happy that Mr. Schreiner will go this way with us with his long-term experience in a quoted company“, says Klaus Sernetz, CEO of the Montana Group.

As CFO of Palfinger AG Eduard Schreiner is responsible for controlling, IFRS accounting, finance & treasury, insurances, internal audit, risk management, legal affairs and IT & business process integration since 2002. In the Board of Management he was jointly responsible for strategy, corporate development, organisation, merger & acquisition, investor relation as well as for leading the four area divisions.

Prior to Palfinger Eduard Schreiner worked almost 9 years for the OMV Group. Starting in the group’s tax division focussing on structuring tax optimized international projects he became CEO of OMV Czech in 1998 and was then responsible for the successful growth of OMV in the Czech market.

Immediately after finishing his studies of economics in Vienna Schreiner worked for almost four years for the accounting and tax department of Deloitte & Touche. Schreiner (41) is married and has two children.

The management team of Montana Tech Components AG (MTC), Klaus Sernetz and Kurt Ott, will together with the Montana Finance team take over the CFO agendas until February 2008.
