Montana Tech Components AG harmonizes the market appearance of its hard alloy aluminum extrusion subsidiary companies in the aerospace division. In concert with U.S. based Universal Alloy Corporation (UAC), the division Alu Menziken Aerospace will conduct business under the new name “UAC Alu Menziken Aerospace Switzerland” from June 15, 2009 on. UAC Alu Menziken Aerospace Switzerland is a division of Alu Menziken Extrusion AG, Switzerland.

The new manufacturing facility in Romania, which is currently under construction, will be launched under the brand “UAC Europe“. The production in Romania is planned to start in the third quarter 2009.

UAC, UAC Alu Menziken Aerospace Switzerland and UAC Europe offer their customers in the global aerospace industry a compliment of small, intermediate and large press extrusion profiles. In addition to extrusions, the UAC companies provide machined fuselage components and sub-assemblies, completed by application-oriented development and logistics solutions. This worldwide unique portfolio meets the high requirements of the global aerospace industry – today and in the future.
