Consolidation of shares and conversion into registered shares positively decided upon

Menziken, December 4, 2009 - The extraordinary general assembly of Montana Tech Components AG has today unanimously positively decided upon all motions of the Supervisory Board. This is an important step for the finalization of the exchange offer to the minority shareholders of Alu Menziken Holding AG which ends by December 7, 2009.
