Extended subscription period for the capital increase
Menziken, March 27, 2009 - The subscription period for the capital increase is extended until April 30, 2009.
Upon request of some investors the subscription period for the ordinary capital increase of Montana Tech Components AG is extended until April 30, 2009. The payment period is also prolonged until May 8, 2009.
