Extra ordinary general meeting on March, 13 2009
Menziken, March 13, 2009 - The general meeting of Montana Tech Components AG has positively decided upon a capital increase within the existing shareholderes.

The conversion of the existing bearer shares into registered shares was not approved by the general meeting and will thus not be realized.
