Montana Tech Components AG owns 99.31% of the voting rights and 98.77% of the capital share of Alu Menziken Holding AG. The MTC shares can be publicly traded since Dec 30, 2009.
Menziken, January 12, 2010 – Before year-end 2009 the registered shares of Montana Tech Components AG started to be publicly traded. This came along with the successful finalization of the exchange offer to the minority shareholders of Alu Menziken Holding AG.
The exchange offer was accepted by the minority shareholders of Alu Menziken Holding AG with a great majority on December 7, 2009. As a consequence the additional respite started on December 16, 2009 and ended on January 8, 2010. Montana Tech Components AG (MTC) will now owns 98.77% of the capital right and 99.31% of the voting rights of Alu Menziken Holding AG after the formally necessary steps.
After the conversion of the MTC bearer shares into MTC registered shares and the consolidation of the shares at a ratio of 2:1 the MTC registered shares can now be publicly traded since December 30, 2009. The starting price was CHF 10.00. It is now possibly for existing shareholders and for interested new investors to trade the MTC registered shares via their deposit bank. Trading is directly possible via the platform of the Berner Kantonalbank (www.otc-x.ch).
Due to the mentioned corporate actions carried out by MTC the ISIN of the registered shares with a nominal value of CHF 0.20 has changed into CH 010 702069 2.
