Resignation Eduard Schreiner as CFO
Menziken August 10, 2008 - Due to different opinions concerning the strategic and operational management of Montana Tech Components AG the Supervisory Board of the holding and Eduard Schreiner agreed upon the amicable termination of the employment status.
Until the end of July 2008 Eduard Schreiner was, together with Klaus Sernetz, CEO of Montana Tech Components GmbH and designated CFO of Montana Tech Components AG.
Clemens Taschée, Head of Finance & Accounting, was now given procuration for Montana Tech Components GmbH. Until further notice Klaus Sernetz stays sole CEO and will interim, additionally to his CEO position in Montana Tech Components AG, take over the CFO agendas. He will be supported by Clemens Taschée and the Supervisory Board.
