The capital increase with the existing shareholders was finalized with a volume of EUR 10.040.723, -- in May 2009. The main shareholder will invest another EUR 4.0 million as soon as two liabilities of Montana Tech Components AG linked with the purchase price of Montana Metal Tech and an Earn Out payment for Montana Aerospace & Industrial Components will be due. The main shareholder also invested in the already closed capital increase.
