Successful placement of the capital increase
Menziken, November 13, 2009 - The ordinary capital increase of Montana Tech Components was fully signed by the existing shareholders.
After the end of the subscription period on October 23, 2009 and after the payment of the investments in total of about EUR 18 miollion the capital increase is already officially registered in the canton Aargau, Switzerland.
