The shareholders of Montana Tech Components AG decided to increase the share capital of the company

Menziken, February 18th, 2011. Today's extraordinary general meeting of the Swiss industrial group, Montana Tech Components AG has positively decided upon a capital increase from which the company should receive new capital of about CHF 60 million (approx. EUR 46.5 million).
