VARTA Microbattery´s customer survey in 2009, shows that the comprehensive product range is valued by our customers worldwide.

Technical quality and reliability were also judged as being very high on their selection of VARTA Microbattery as a supply partner. When identifying the data VARTA Microbattery determined that battery design and production processes on a high level are accepted.

The survey was made in 21 countries, 11.8% of responses were from Germany, 9.9% from Taiwan and 9.5% from USA.

A positive message for VARTA Microbattery is the fact that the cost to performance ratio was considered as good.

For VARTA Microbattery the analysis supplies important data for the future business development and survey provides further encouragement in our strategic direction to meet our customer’s expectation.

VARTA Microbattery would like to thank all participants for their active participation in the survey and the openness in the answers provided to the questions.

The participants of the survey were entered into a prize draw for completing the survey, with the three prizes going to recipients in Japan, China and France.

The winner from China decided spontaneously for a charitable donation for the victims of the earthquake in Haiti instead of taking the prize. VARTA Microbattery is pleased about this charitable engagement and has immediately decided to raise the prize money to support the victims of the disastrous earthquake.
